God-awful. I called the billing department tons times to have them verify my insurance. After about a month, they decide to call me back and tell me that yes, my insurance will cover their service. After my first VIRTUAL appointment that was less than 15 minutes- I receive a $600 bill. The billing department refused to give me any assistance with the appointment. And the billing representative admitted to me that they lied to me when they told me they verified my insurance. What a stab in the heart after all the things I have gone through emotionally. This business is not worth working with.

The Hialeah/Miami Lakes office staff is truly fantastic. As soon as I walked in the office I felt comfortable. This whole experience can be stressful and nerve racking but the nurses and doctors are great. I was treated with respect and felt like a person. They answered ever question I had and even called me to check up on me to see if I had anymore questions. I went to the margate office and felt like a number. Dr. Sueldo, Claraland, Marlene, Adriana, Alex, and Ana have been so courteous and respectful for my feelings and treated me like a friend. I would have never come back for two procedures freezing my eggs if it wasn't for the Miami Lakes staff. I really want to thank ALEX and Dr. SUELDO for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. You both made this experience so much more relaxing for me. I definitely recommend this office to EVERYONE! (Bosses please give this staff a huge pat on the back) They deserve it plus more!
