Shady Grove is amazing! Dr. Patounakis is amazing! His team (Yuri RN, Angel, and Heather) are amazing. My husband and I suffered from male factor infertility. We honestly thought that it was going to be difficult to conceive. Dr. Patounakis was extremely helpful, caring, compassionate. He gathered all our information and listened attentively. He reassured us every single step! Dr. patounakis came up with the protocol that fit us best! Yuri RN called us back if we had any questions and she was very kind. Angel was great to greet at the front and was always helpful! We did an egg retrieval and IVF cycle. February 2026 we welcomed our beautiful babygirl into this world! We are extremely grateful and plan to return for our next transfer sometime in 2027! If you have any doubts, don’t! Shady Grove is here for you!

We patiently waited until the beginning of the second trimester to write this review, as we wanted to reflect on our entire journey. I can't say enough about my experience at this fertility clinic! Dr. Patounakis is truly the best of the best. His extensive knowledge and genuine passion for his work are evident in every interaction. He remembers even the smallest details about our case, which made us feel valued and understood. Whenever there were any hiccups along the way, Dr. P was quick to adapt, changing protocols and knowing exactly what to do next - this really made a difference in our journey. The entire team is fantastic! Yuri and Heather, as well as Angel, were not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and supportive. Nelida from the finance team is prompt and exceptionally helpful with billing questions and issues. They made every visit smooth and stress-free. My only challenge? Transitioning from this clinic to finding another doctor for obstetrics care who can even come close to Dr. P's level of care, dedication, and passion is like trying to find a unicorn—impossible! Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, for helping us on our journey to build our family!

This has been our second experience with Dr. Patounakis and our time with him at Shady Grove has been just as wonderful. Dr. Patounakis was caring and informative every step of the way. Our nurse, Yuri was sweet and supportive, always attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The ladies in the office, Heather, Angel, and Madison were friendly and always a pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend this practice more to anyone seeking fertility care.

From the staff to the doctors, they've given me great support. It's been a long road, but they still haven't given up on me. I'm delighted with Dr. P. Shady Grove Fertility has been a really positive experience for me. Dr. Patounakis is thoughtful and takes his time to make sure everything is clear. Yuri, my nurse, has been super responsive and kind, which I really appreciate. Nelida has made the financial part way less stressful, and she’s always helpful and easy to talk to. The front desk staff has always been attentive and helpful anytime I needed anything. I’m thankful to have a team that’s supportive and professional.
