CCRM Fertility of Downtown D.C.

The billing department is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. Nightmare on wheels from the bottom pits of hell, honestly!! However my doctor, Dr. Cross, is the only reason why I stuck with it- I guess outweighed my benefits vs risks! :/ Dr. Cross is truly an absolutely amazing practitioner. Five stars all across the board. I listened to her every step of the way. Her nurses and support staff are amazing too and extremely caring!! Even though Dr. Cross doesn’t practice directly out of the DC office, I visited the DC office for all my monitoring appointments since I live in DC near downtown. All of the staff at the DC location were amazing and efficient! Very supportive and caring! They all made my experiences in the office super easy!! Thank you so much CCRM (except the billing dept lol). 😍 🤩🙏🏾

Jen is the best nurse and is so incredibly helpful, kind and patient. They are all very quick to respond and provide a level of care that is hard to find especially dealing with something so sensitive. Cannot not recommend CCRM enough for all their help.

Dr. Carpinello is the reason I have my baby after a long journey. She is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with. She is incredibly smart and can cite studies when you ask her questions. She does what she says she will do. She is also kind and empathetic. Fertility treatments can put you in a very vulnerable place and I always felt like I was in very good hands. Also the staff in the DC office is excellent and they made going in for monitoring appointments a good experience.

I went to CCRM DC for outside monitoring. The nursing staff were quick and efficient, and my appointment was exactly on time. Later, when I had trouble getting the report to other doctors, the admin staff were especially patient and helpful.

The communication at this practice is unbelievably bad. You would think given the nature of what they deal with they would strive to make billing as seamless as possible to avoid added stress to any of their patients. I merely need a claim resubmitted, and it has snowballed into 2 months of being ghosted…. Except for the regular paper bill in the mail. I would never ever recommend this practice to anyone as I could never trust in their communications, or administrative and finance departments. I have worked with a different clinic before moving here and the difference in communication and professionalism is vast. This is totally unacceptable.
