Illume Fertility – Trumbull, CT

The experience was good , definitely a smaller office from my first visit at Norwalk but nice front desk staff was pleasant, and I appreciated the laboratory I’m hard stuck and she was able to get me on the first try ☺️

I have had a wonderful experience with Illume thus far. The staff has been extremely supportive, friendly and accommodating. They are timely and organized every time I go to the office. Dr. Williams has been wonderful to work with as we navigate the fertility journey. Illume does a great job of providing patients with customized care and resources to feel supported each step of the way. I highly recommend them!

I can't tell you how grateful I am to Illume. The Trumbull staff was great. They made me feel like apart of the team.

Just recently switch to Illume this past May and I regret not switching sooner. Glad I switched and it’s been amazing. They have accomplished so much since I switch over and given me more answers during this journey than my previous clinic. Would recommend without a doubt!!

We were briefly patients at Illumine *18 months ago* and still to this day receive sporadic bills related to services from 2024. It is impossible to get in touch with the billing department. We managed it a month ago and were assured that there were no other bills. We have now received a bill from a *debt collector*. This company is an absolute disaster when it comes to billing, and resolving billing issues. Avoid at all costs. Can someone from Illume contact me as a matter of urgency.
