cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Richard Bercik and his entire staff. From the moment I walked through the door, everyone treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. Surgery can be a stressful experience, but Dr. Bercik took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer all of my questions, and make me feel completely at ease and confident in my care. The staff was equally amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed before and after my procedure. Their warmth and dedication truly made a difference during a time when reassurance meant so much.

My visit to Dr. Bercik's office was wonderful. He was so skillful in diagnosing my complicated problem and had a warm, kind, & fun personality. Tieanna was very comforting and attentive and went out of her way to help me (she took my blood pressure a second time because I was concerned about it.....sure enough, it went down; she calmed me down during the awkward examination; and she spent extra time printing out and writing down details for me to remember in preparation for my new visits). Joyce thoroughly prepared me for an upcoming procedure, and Cristyn was helpful as well. Each member of that team, including the doctor, was knowledgeable, very competent, and most of all, pleasant. I had a wonderful telehealth chat with Dr. Wong. She is very knowledgeable and very informative but is willing to discuss other options for my birth plan. In my experience I’ve spoken to other MDs who aren’t willing to listen to other patients so to be able to had a great back and forth was wonderful.
