San Diego Fertility Center

We recently graduated from SDFC and had a wonderful experience. They were knowledgeable and caring and made the right decisions/ protocol to help me get pregnant. There was never a long wait and they were always able to schedule my preferred appointment times.

I am giving this review as a 3rd time Surrogate. I started my experience with SDFC on 11/18/2025, with the Del Mar location being my primary site, but doing all my monitoring at the Temecula location. I went through medical screening, blood work and ultrasounds. During my visits at the Temecula office TINA was so welcoming and accommodating. My transfers took place in Del Mar with Dr. Daneshmand, I had to under go 2 transfers. The first one did not stick, but we got new back recently after the second transfer that Babygirl has a strong heartbeat. My next appointment will be my last as I am graduating the clinic and off to a local OB. This clinic is one of my favorites. If I do a 4th journey, I hope this is one of the clinics I am matched with. Will miss the girls at the Temecula office

I’m personally not enjoying my experience in the slightest. Everyone’s main communication style is via email, and everyone who emails me is on a different page. I had to switch from Kettle to Flores and Flores said one thing in the appointment, but told her MA another so I was doing more than originally talked about. I’ve been very clear about needing direct and upfront conversations about finances as we move forward with IVF. The financial email I got was done quick and clearly copy/pasted, obvious by the mention of cash pay rates due to my insurance denying something even though that wasn’t the case. I can’t get a single person to discuss the medication cost with me without paying for the IVF portion FIRST. No one has answered my question on if I’ll get refunded should I not be able to afford the medication to move forward. I’ve already wasted so much time with them that I’m moving forward. But I wouldn’t recommend if transparent and fast communication is something you value.

My experience at San Diego Fertility Center has been very positive. Everything during my visit went smoothly, and I truly appreciated the care and attention I received. Dr. Valerie Flores was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain each step clearly. Her compassionate approach made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident moving forward in this journey.
