My wife and I chose HRC San Francisco for reciprocal IVF, and we truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the very beginning, we felt cared for, supported, and genuinely valued. We would wholeheartedly recommend HRC to anyone beginning or continuing their fertility journey. As healthcare professionals ourselves, we have high standards when it comes to patient care. Dr. Kay, Zahra, and the entire HRC team exceeded every expectation we had. Their expertise was evident, but what stood out even more was the compassion they showed us every step of the way. They maintained the highest level of professionalism while also making us feel like family. We never felt like just another patient. They celebrated our milestones, reassured us during the hard moments, and truly felt invested in helping us build our family. We live six hours away, and every trip was worth it. Even during such an emotional process, they made us laugh and actually look forward to our appointments. We always knew we were in good hands. One thing that meant so much to us was how welcomed and respected we felt as a same-sex female couple. We never once felt "different" or out of place. Every conversation about donor sperm was handled with thoughtfulness, sensitivity, and respect. We always felt seen, included, and supported. Thanks to Dr. Kay, Zahra, and their team, we are now happily pregnant. We are so grateful for the care they provided and the role they played in helping us grow our family. They deserve a million stars, not just 5/5. We look forward to returning here for baby #2!

Dr Kay, Zahra, and the rest of the team at HRC are amazing! They did a wonderful job with our egg retrieval, including making some medication changes on the second round that literally doubled the number of eggs retrieved. They really take the time to engage with their patients, customizing their treatments and approaches to help families meet their goals. The office is conveniently located in SF and very quiet, calm, and private.

Attended HRC Fertility’s “Free AMH Event” on May 23. Didn’t request anything extra, but received and still receiving billing notices. I’ve reached out multiple times — no response. Feels like a bait-and-switch, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.

HRC Fertility San Francisco is located in a very nice area of North Waterfront, just steps from Fisherman’s Wharf. The office itself is completely new and feels modern, serene, and thoughtfully designed. The ultrasound rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, creating a calm and welcoming environment during what can be a stressful process. Dr. Kay is exceptional. She is deeply knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly accommodating to our unique situation. Our IVF cycle with Dr. Kay led to positive results, and we couldn't be happier. The support team at the clinic was outstanding. Zahra and Margaret provided expert guidance throughout the IVF process, always with warmth, empathy, and attention to detail. Athena made every blood draw feel effortless with her calm and gentle approach that put us at ease each visit. Christina in the front office was always friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful in coordinating appointments. Darrah made the financial side feel seamless, clearly explaining everything and ensuring there were no surprises along the way.
