Asks for your number but doesn't bother trying to reach out to you through your phone number then bill you for a whole year. Terrible place.

Paid my balance in full, several weeks later they sent my account to collections asking for a significantly larger sum of money on top of the balance I had already paid. Didn't think too much of it until I saw the other reviews stating the same thing, not sure why this seems commonplace here. Definitely a little suspicious.

My husband and I came here to freeze sperm for IUI. We read the contract word for word. And let me tell you this we READ everything. But nothing on the contract said we had to do monthly payments for it to be stored. All it said was a payment for it to be done and stored. That’s it nothing else. A year later we get a letter saying we will be sent to collections for not having monthly payments done. We contacted the fertility and they waved the amount owed and had us pay only $200. 6 months later they still sent us to collections. If anything we will be filing a law suit. Cause nothing in this contract said we needed to do monthly payments for sperm to be stored. As well imagine paying money just to have your Sperm back. And them charging us to have it disposed. This place is a fraud.

The only reason they didn't get 1 star is because they did the service provided. But as far as their handling of past due accounts, you're on you're own. They will make half hearted attempts to contact you before sending you to collection. Financially this was an insignificant amount of money to me at $300, but they sent a $760 collection to me. I recieved 0 phone calls till I got a call from a collection agency. In their defense they SAID they sent me 1 email 1 phone call and 2 letters none of which I got. Then they sent a certified letter which I never received. It took 1 phone call from a collection agency and magically I got it? They make an absolutely half hearted attempts to contact you. Read your contract and understand they triple the rate after introduction and seemingly don't want to make the effor when an account goes past due, even the person I delt with told me effectively, she got off a 22 hour flight yesterday and didn't care. Her name was Ann, seemingly she's great at dealing with past due accounts. Empathy 0 customer service skills 0. All this would have taken was a phonecall to be resolved. If you have cancer like I did, find somewhere else to go.
