I agree with the other reviews. The website and app are nonfunctioning. The "coach" never responds to an inquires. Also, you are supposed to be able to contact the fertility/egg donor agencies directly, but the "contact agency" button doesn't work either. This renders this database practically useless. They need to do major work before this product goes up and running. Save your money for now!
They never replied on their systems and charged $99 per month. Horrible service and ridiculous. Customer Support nobody reply ! Fake website
Tulip fertility's promise is that by paying $99 per month, you can have access to donors profile and contact with their agency directly. It's all lies and once they get your money, no service will be provided, and nobody responses to your messages. People need to be aware!
For $99 a month they need to do a better job of catering to clientele. It’s also suspicious that there are no other reviews/issues being reported.
