Dr. Elizabeth Dilday is wonderful, and if I were rating her alone, it would be 5 stars without a second thought. But this review is about my entire experience with egg freezing here — and the frustrations have buried the highlights. I genuinely wanted to love this place. I just can't. Start with billing, which has been a nightmare. I need my invoices for medical reimbursement — money I'm owed back — and despite staff promising to "expedite things," it took 2.5 to 3 months to get them, lack of email responses, calls with no number to call back, extensions that only goes to empty voicemails, after they'd sat marked "pending" for nearly two months. And when I finally reviewed the charges, the refund amounts had been added up wrong. To fix it, I had to chase a separate department on East Coast time, which became an endless game of phone tag. Their billing is somehow both impossible to reach and disorganized once you do. Look at their yelp review I now realized I am not the only one. I came on a referral specifically for Dr. Dilday — until the morning of my procedure, when I was casually told she wouldn't be performing it. Instead it'd be whoever was on rotation. How is the day-of an acceptable time to learn the entire reason I chose this clinic isn't the person operating on me? She did visit me, which was sweet — but one kind gesture can't paper over how poorly this was communicated. Then the anesthesia. I told the team and every doctor that I come out of anesthesia rough, clearly and repeatedly. Nobody believed me. The anesthesiologist brushed me off, saying that in all his years he'd never had a problem and any issues before were because I hadn't had him. Well — I had an adverse reaction. I woke up in traumatic, screaming pain, a 20 out of 10, exactly what I'd warned about. My recovery was far worse than the two similar procedures I've had before, and I'm left wondering if it was the technique, the anesthesia, or both. When a patient tells you exactly what will happen to their body and you ignore them, this is what you get. Now the pharmacy. CCRM uses an outside pharmacy, and that was its own disaster. The driver "missed the delivery window," then management couldn't even locate their own driver for hours. When they finally found him, he had to meet me at a dinner venue, where I walked out in front of all my friends to grab a giant cooling box for medication I did not want to explain to anyone. I was over an hour and a half late to my event, then had to inconvenience someone to store the meds in their fridge — sharing a deeply personal situation I'd have preferred to keep private. I lost a whole day on the phone over a pickup that should have been a simple delivery. And all that chaos traced back to one decision: the clinic sent only a single day's loaned dose. It got worse. Right before my trigger injection — the most time-sensitive part of the whole process — the on-call doctor clearly hadn't read the notes from the physician before him. He instructed me to start a medication I was never given and that was never ordered. I was at work, and he sent me into a full panic attack, literally the second-to-last day before my trigger. The lack of professionalism, the broken handoffs, the total breakdown in communication between departments, physicians, and billing has genuinely let me down. I could have stayed local, but I took the referral and did my research — only to find out how much exhausting, unnecessary work this would be. Roughly four months later, I'm still chasing invoices that don't add up or aren't complete enough to even submit. The anxiety, the frustration, the helplessness, and the feeling of not being heard really define this experience with CCRM. I'm sorry to leave this review, but I wouldn't wish this on anyone coming here hoping for a good result.

After 7 long months, I am beyond grateful to officially graduate from CCRM Fertility Clinic under the incredible care of Dr. Dilday and Keara Bergin, PA-C. From day one, they were more than providers, they truly became family. They walked with us through every tear, every sacrifice, every heartache, and every moment with hope. From failed IUIs to completing the IVF journey, they stood by us with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support. The entire staff is phenomenal. The front desk always answers within 1–2 rings and greets you with warmth. On our very first visit, when my husband fainted during his blood draw, the MA who cared for him was incredible—we will never forget her kindness. Aliyah, the patient coordinator, consistently went above and beyond, coming in early at 7:00 AM so I could get the first blood draw before work. Both Dr. Dilday and Keara even saw me at 7:15 AM, before official office hours, to accommodate my schedule. Those little acts of care meant so much. When billing issues arose, Bailey followed up immediately and resolved everything. The surgery team deserves a standing ovation. The egg retrieval and embryo transfer were seamless. When Dr. Dilday went on vacation and Dr. Abhari did my embryo transfer the whole transfer of care was seamless (and that morning of my transfer I was so surprised that Dr. Dilday personally called me to congratulate me and gave me the best pep talk even when she was on her vacation... she took the time to call me, which just made the whole process incredible). The nurses kept me calm during my most nerve wracking moments. To this day, the IV placed during my egg retrieval remains the best one I’ve ever had! I’ll always remember that nurse with gratitude. Even the embryologist and anesthesiologist were kind, patient, and encouraging, making such an emotional process feel safe and supported. (it was my first time going under). What stood out most was how personal the care felt every step of the way. The team’s phone calls, check ins, cheer up messages, and the genuine joy in our milestones made every step feel less intimidating. Thank you Keara for always greeting me with the brightest attitude at every appt and giving me the best cheer up messages. Through every up and down, CCRM became a second home, a place where our dream of building a family finally came true. If you’re considering IVF and feel hesitant about the uncertainty, let me reassure you: CCRM is the best of the best. Your time, money, and energy will be in the hands of a clinic that genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for every single patient. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, CCRM, for pouring your love, energy, and expertise into helping us build our family. 💙
