Dr. Ramya is truly exceptional! From our very first visit, she showed such compassion and understanding of our journey, making what felt like an overwhelming process so much smoother and less intimidating. She carefully explained every step of the complex IVF process, ensuring we felt informed, supported, and completely comfortable along the way. Her gentle approach during procedures made a world of difference, turning what could have been stressful moments into experiences where we felt safe and cared for. Beyond her expertise, what stood out most was her genuine empathy, she celebrated every milestone with us as if it were her own. We honestly didn’t have high expectations going in, mostly because of a disappointing experience with a previous doctor. But from our very first meeting, Dr. Sethuram changed everything for us. She was warm, clear in her explanations, and most importantly, genuinely compassionate. She never sugarcoated things, but shared even the tough information with care and empathy, which is exactly what you need when going through something as emotional as fertility treatment. The entire process, from the initial consult to egg retrieval to transfer and finally graduation, was smooth. I completely trusted her and didn’t want to switch doctors. I even asked if I could stay under her care longer, but unfortunately she doesn’t deliver. I still wish I could continue with her. That’s how much I valued her support and guidance. If you're looking for someone who truly understands and treats you like a person, not a case number, I can't recommend Dr. Sethuram enough.

After four years of unexplained fertility which included 5 failed IUI's and one early loss, we knew we were ready to move forward with IVF. We met Dr Sethuram back in January of 2024 and continued to work with her almost for the entire year. The first two IVF cycles were not easy - we couldn't produce any healthy embryos but Dr Sethuram did not give up on us. She altered the medication, was sympathetic to our situation and genuinely wanted to help us. During our third IVF cycle, I was scheduled for my egg retrieval (this would have been our last chance for IVF as our funds were running low) and I had come into the clinic early because I was experiencing some terrible cramps which seemed unusual after the two previous egg retrievals I had done. Dr Sethuram didn't hesitate to get me into the operating room as fast as she could. Turns out that I had started to ovulate early and if it was not for Dr. Sethuram's quick thinking, I would have been left with zero eggs to retrieve. Luckily, she got me in just in time to retrieve a good number of eggs - one of which turned into a healthy embryo. We transferred that embryo late October and here we are - 13 weeks pregnant! I can't thank Dr Sethuram enough and the entire staff who were so kind and rooting for us the entire way! Thank you Dr Sethuram and team for making this dream into a reality.
