Any questions I have was answered in a timely manner and they go above and beyond for their surrogates. IBaby has been such a welcoming experience to work with, this is my first journey as a surrogate but signed up with a different agency first and it didnt work out, finally found Ibaby and it has been such a better experience and so loving the whole team to have on your side every step of the way! I’ve had a really positive experience with iBaby Surrogacy so far. Going into the process, I was honestly a little nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. From the beginning, Kirsten made me feel very comfortable and supported. She was kind enough to meet me there in person, which really helped ease my nerves. She even surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of pink roses, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the day feel special. She helped me find parking and took the time to explain the entire process step by step. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I understood everything clearly. Today we went to the fertility clinic for the medical screening, and she continued to be very supportive throughout the whole visit. The fertility clinic they work with was also very nice and professional. All of the providers were welcoming and respectful, and the environment made the experience feel much less intimidating. After the appointment, we even had lunch together, and everything related to the visit was covered, including parking, mileage, the medical procedures, and lunch. That level of care and organization really shows how much they value and support their surrogates. Overall, I felt very welcomed and well taken care of by everyone involved. I’m really grateful for the guidance and kindness Kirsten has shown so far, and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey.
