I was excited to be accepted as a sperm donor with FCC, and I followed up multiple times to schedule my first appointment. Despite calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing, I never received a response. Eventually, I was told I don’t live within commuting distance—even though I live in LA County and work in Orange County, right near their Tustin office. This felt incredibly misleading and dismissive after being accepted. I wouldn’t recommend applying here or relying on their follow-through.

Honestly, I had to freeze sperm here and the rooms were very uncomfortable. I think I could design a way better donation room for the same budget. Kinda wish Kaiser didn’t contract out bc this was floptina

The NP thawed my husband’s sperm x4 vials incorrectly destroying 4 perfectly healthy vials, denied wrong doing, and made it very difficult to get a refund. They never, ever apologized to us either. We were able to determine their incompetence because my husband and I are physicians and we obtained our medical records. This happened 8+ years ago but I would strongly recommend avoiding this facility.

Do not come here. Terrible service. They sent me straight to collection without billing me. When I called they told me they have no idea and would figure it out and call me back. After a week I called again and same answer. I consistently called for 4 weeks straight and still didn’t get an answer.

Beautiful healthy baby boy. My son is 2 now. Would 100% recommend this place. Without them I wouldn’t have my son. Thank you fertility Center of California. Mostly thank you to Cindy for being real and up front with me truly blessed because of her.
